Copyright notice

The editorial board of the Art of Justice journal does not assert copyright over the published materials. The publication of an article in the journal does not imply the transfer of copyright to the editorial board or the publisher.
Submission of an article to the Art of Justice journal implies that the manuscript prepared by the author does not violate the copyrights of others, has not been published elsewhere, and has not been submitted for publication to other journals.
The author grants the editorial board of the Art of Justice journal a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish the article in Ukrainian or English and to distribute its printed and electronic versions by any means (the journal’s official website, electronic databases, repositories, etc.).
Authors are permitted to use the article materials in full or in part for educational purposes, as well as to apply the article materials (in full or in part) in the preparation of their own dissertations.
The author may use the article materials to create reports, abstracts, and oral presentations.
Electronic copies of the article (including the final version downloaded from the official journal website) may be posted on the personal web resources of the authors or the institutions where they work (including institutional electronic repositories), as well as on non-commercial open-access web resources.
The author provides a list of ways to use the article's materials, which does not exhaust or limit the author's other rights as the copyright holder. However, in all cases, a proper bibliographic citation of the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official journal website is required.
